However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for an exchange. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange process.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product is shipped and receive a full refund. Once a pre-ordered product has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
